# How to Request Your Survey Link & Register

## Whether you are representing a School or a Company, participating in the Military Friendly® ratings starts with securing your unique survey link. Follow the instructions below to get started or update your contact information.

#### 1. Locate the Correct Registration Form

Depending on your institution type, visit the appropriate guide page to find the registration/request form:

- **For Schools:** Go to the [Military Friendly® Schools Guide](https://www.militaryfriendly.com/survey-schools-guide/).
- **For Companies:** Go to the [Military Friendly® Company Guide](https://www.militaryfriendly.com/mfcguide/).

#### 2. Request Your Link

Scroll to the **Support** or **Registering your school/company** section on these pages.

1. Complete the required fields (Institution Name, Contact Email, etc.).
2. Submit the form to either **request a new unique survey link** or **update the existing survey contact** in our system.

#### 3. Immediate Delivery & Troubleshooting

Once you submit the form, our system generates an email instantly. If you do not see it within a few minutes, please follow these steps:

- **Check your Spam/Junk Folder:** Automated links are occasionally filtered by email providers.
- **Verify Whitelisting:** If the email does not arrive in your spam, your organization’s server is likely blocking our domain.

  > **Action Required:** Contact your IT Team and ask them to **whitelist @militaryfriendly.com**.
- **Resubmit:** Once whitelisted, return to the form and request the link again to ensure delivery.

#### 4. Why You Need a Unique Link

Each survey link is unique to your specific institution. Using this link ensures that:

- Your progress is saved automatically.
- Your data is mapped correctly to your institution’s historical profile.
- You receive important deadline reminders and status updates.
